PLEASE BE AWARE!
- These hearts are too delicate to ship and will ONLY be available for LOCAL PICKUP here at Kelly’s Country Store located at 3121 Grand Island Blvd! To access this option after proceeding to the cart, simply enter your local address here in New York and select the “Local Pick Up” option for no additional charge.
- After selecting the “Local pickup” shipping option, you will then “proceed to checkout”, where you will be able to write your custom message in the “Notes”. For example, (“Heart 1- “Be my Valentine!?” Heart 2- “I Love You!’ etc.”) There is a 25 character limit for these hearts.
- Please designate a desired day for pick up. You may make this request in the “Notes” field during checkout.
